SMS Terms & Text Messaging Policy

Short version. Text our line at 605-368-3108 and Deputy Dusty (our support line for Hydroseed Supply) will help you spec a job, get pricing, or check an order. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of any purchase.

1. Program description

Hydroseed Supply operates an SMS/MMS customer-care text line at +1 (605) 368-3108 ("Deputy Dusty"). When you text us, we reply to help with hydroseeding equipment, mulch, tackifiers, seed, amendments and erosion-control questions; to provide quotes and pricing; to identify parts or products (including from photos you send); and to give order and shipping updates. This is a customer-care program — we message you in response to your inquiries and orders, not with unsolicited marketing blasts.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to receive text messages from Hydroseed Supply in either of these ways:

Text us first. Send a text to 605-368-3108. By texting our number you consent to receive text replies from us about your inquiry or order.
Check the SMS consent box on our wholesale account request or quote forms and provide your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default and is optional.

Consent is not required to purchase anything from us. You can ask a question or place an order without opting in to texts.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — typically only when you text us or when there's an update on a quote or order you asked about. This is conversational support, not a scheduled campaign.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Hydroseed Supply does not charge you for the texts themselves.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation that you've been opted out, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in (reply START). You can also just ask us in a message and we'll remove your number.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or reach us at service@hydroseedsupply.com. For carrier issues, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers; delivery is subject to carrier conditions.

8. Privacy

The mobile number and message content you send are used only to respond to and support you, and are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing. Our full terms are in our Terms of Service.
